The eighth edition of the Expoagro Ternium Award for Agroindustrial Innovation will be launched at the mega-show, the competition that promotes and stimulates technological innovation in developments linked to agricultural machinery.

The award, which until now had a biannual frequency, will be held annually as from 2023 and will incorporate new categories related to environmental sustainability and university students.

The awards granted in this competition seek to enhance the competitiveness of Argentine agribusiness through the promotion of their innovation and continuous improvement processes, in addition to promoting their internationalization.

It should be noted that the contest has the collaboration and supervision of the German Agricultural Society (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft), known as DLG, which is the organizing institution of Agritechnica.

The contest is open to companies that manufacture agricultural machinery, agro-industrial companies and individuals who demonstrate authorship and intellectual property of the submitted project.
